Pinellia ternata (Thunb. ex Murray) Makino (Araceae).

Plante vivace rhizomateuse originaire des forêts tempérée asiatiques.

Feuillage lancéolé trifolié. Petites fleurs vertes tubulaires (spathe) en été.

Assez rustique (-15°C). Sol humifère et drainant. Facile à cultiver.

Utilisé en herboristerie chinoise sous le nom 半夏 Bàn Xià / Rhizoma Pinelliae.

Prix pour 5 bulbilles environ.
